Liquid-Crystal-Display Screen

LCD screens use Liquid Crystal Display technology to produce images, but are susceptible to screen burns. LCD screens are thinner, lighter and able to be made bigger than cathode ray tube (CRTs). An LCD is more energy efficient and is safer to dispose of than CRTS.
